I have spent over ten years repairing all makes and models of gas boilers, fires, cookers, wall heaters, pressurised cylinders and generally working on central heating systems. I know how important it is to get everything back up and running as quickly as possible so I’ll try to complete the repair on my first visit. However if a part is required, I’ll advise you and arrange any further work around your schedule, while aiming to keep the cost of repair down to a minimum.

It is recommended that gas appliances in your home are serviced annually. This is to make sure they are working safely and efficiently, and also helps prolong their life. After completing the first service I can remind you on an annual basis of when the next service is due.
It's a legal obligation of a landlord to have any gas appliance within their property checked on an annual basis. I'm happy to arrange this between you and your tenant at a convenient time, so your certificate is never out of date, and everything runs smoothly.
